The Mont-Climont Cross-Country Ski Club manages six cross-country ski trails ranging from beginner to intermediate level, which span over 30 kilometres, as well as a number of marked snowshoe trails. Welcome centre opening hours: Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., no reception. Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with on-site reception, waxing and rental services. Day pass.

The International Appalachian Trail in Quebec covers over 650 km of trails. It begins in Matapédia and heads toward the Valley and on to Amqui, before reaching the Matane Wildlife Reserve. From there, it crosses the Gaspésie National Park, including Mont Albert and Mont Jacques-Cartier, and then descends toward Mont Saint-Pierre where it follows the coastline from village to village to Forillon National Park in Gaspé.
